  • Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
  • Executing or issuing an order.

Basis for this personal data is:

  • The agreed order;

For the above purpose(s), TradeMax may request the following personal data from you:

  • First name;
  • Insert;
  • Last name;
  • (Business) Phone number;
  • (Business) E-mail address;
  • Gender.

Your personal data will be stored by TradeMax for the purposes of the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:

  • For the duration of the agreement and then only in financial records for up to 7 years
